“Having bought it over a month ago, it only worked for a couple of days. After no response to emails, messages and phone calls I was eventually asked to return it.
This I did and have a return of post certificate, thinking I would quickly get a replacement, or maybe a refund, but over a month on from purchase I have neither.
Instead, I am being sent frequent messages to review the product
Clearly not a good firm to have dealings with.”
