“Great product, really bad container. You cannot easily open it. Fact, you cannot open it without taking a long screwdriver or knife to it. And then it is still very hard work. Not sure I can buy this again because it’s that difficult to open.”

“Product is great but packaging a nightmare. The old plastic containers were easy to open and close for reuse later. This newer packaging is impossible to open without using screwdrivers and claw hammers and subsequently not usable to seal the container for later use. The ring pulls on the lid are useless and break. I cut my hand opening the first container on the plastic lid. Honestly, I have happily used your company and products for years but will look elsewhere now for a similar product with a tub that can be opened. !!”

“I have used Swimming Pool chemicals for many years, the quality of the chemicals is very good & delivery is quick. Chemicals have increased considerably in price but are competitive with other companies.”

“Great product but online ordering wouldn't let me put my business address (as its different from my home/ card address) stupid parcel force wouldn't leave it as no one home (IM WORKING) despite note on door saying to leave it in box provided”
