“I'm using this for silicate removal. It works. Follow the instructions. I'm using a cup in 163 gallon total volume. Check the levels and change if required. I changed it three times over about 15 days and went from over .2 ppm to almost undedetectable. I'm using the Hanna HI705 Silica LR. Diatoms vanished - snails and fish help too.”
