“Excellent service from Alan Wadkins Tool Store, could not fault the communication and delivery of the wall mounted garden hose. Great piece of kit, very well built and the self winding operation a joy to use. Easy to fix to the wall .I did have a hand wind hose which was adequate but the self winding makes this a joy to use.”

“Seems a good quality item but beware apparently if the hose develops a leak inside the reel I have been advised the reel cannot be opened as it is extremely dangerous, so the repair would be extremely expensive or the reel would be scrap, I WOULD NOT have bought had I have known this before.”
