“Highly delighted with the service, competitiveness and delivery provided by Alan Watkins. My purchase arrived next day and was well packaged in the Bosch carton. The pole trimmer is well made but could do with a better handle on the pole, maybe a "D" shaped handle like some of the competitors have. It cuts well and the anti jam system seems to work well. I've only given it 4stars because it is very top end heavy, even without extending the pole to its maximum length. Get extremely tiring to use over an extended period. It is of course safer to use than using steps and stretching with a basic hedge trimmer when trimming high hedges. Overall very pleased with my purchase.”
