“Very good surface and responsible on the telephone. The item arrived promptly but the carrier DPD asked for a PIN number. Which I have not received so the item was taken away.. the delivery was rescheduled but again no PIN number was given and the package was returned by DPD to the seller. I prompt refund was given and the cell made it clear that this is an issue with DPD and not them which I fully accept.. the staff at the company were friendly and clear engage engaged in strong customer service and a desire to solve the problem”

“Had to buy a new hose as old Autoreel was leaking from centre ( needed a new washer) but this rendered it unrepairable according to Hozelock. New one was easy to fit and works as it should do.”
