“Good (for Makita) price batteries and delivered fast. However, the packaging was terrible. They were put loose in a plastic bag with absolutely no padding to protect them. Thankfully they were delivered unscathed, as far as I can see at present. The risk of damage to the batteries in transit as well as a danger to the courier delivering them was incredible. There was no safety label or any markings to identify the contents as potentially dangerous. The courier was horrified as to the contents of the package. I thought it was illegal to package batteries in this way for delivery. TBH if that is all you think of your products that you are selling (effectively garbage) then I will not be buying from you again, what ever the price.”
