So far, so good! Alan Watkins had PDI’d the blower and kindly provided sufficient oil with the blower when it was delivered. The 4-stroke is so much easier to start than my previous 2-stroke, which has horrendous. This is a very effective blower, loads of power and not too heavy. First-class service from Alan Wadkins - would reccomend 100%!

I bought rhis to replace a 2- stroke Stihl leaf blower that I had had for many years. The stihl had great difficulty in starting when it was cold (i.e. When it was most needed). I had to keep it in the kitchen to be sure it might start. Makita starts 1st or 2nd pull and is mutch easier to prime. Money well spent. Alan Wadkins PDI before sending out so oil already in sump ahd arrived nesxt day. Excellent price, service and machine. Good price, good service

Wish I had bought one ages ago! Easy to start, easy to use, does a good job. A little on the heavy side for me, (69 year old male), arm aches after using it for an hour. But we have got a big garden with about 100 trees!

Have been a gardener for over 25 years and now 63 years old. Have used other well known brands which are noisy and 2 stroke mix. This machine runs quiet, easy to fill, no mixing oils and petrol. Vibration low. No more heavy than best known two stroke blowers. AGAINST> it does smoke if you turn it on its side not like 2 stroke. If you are left handed brill, as "fan" tends to suck your trousers if you are right handed. I will never buy another 2 stroke however!
