“Having used Dremel rotary tools for a number of years I am comfortable with the tools and thier performance. The Dremel 3000 and the 4250 with the flex shaft are great for the wood carving that I do but buying the Fortiflex 9100-21 kit from Alan Wadkins Toolstore has been a real game changer. The build quality and performance are top class, this is a professional grade machine that runs smoothly, is quiet and comfortable to use, the speed control is seamless with the foot pedal and makes this tool a joy to work with. Now here is the kicker; when I bought it from Alan Wadkins Toolstore, not only did I get great advice from frendly knolegible staff the parcel arrived twenty-two hours after I ordered it and it was £60 less than the manufactures recomended price. OK I have only had the machine for less than a month but I have used it a lot in that time and am confident that it will keep me busy and happy for a long time to come.”

“Sadly when I received the Fortiflex it was wired in such a manner that the foot control could not be used. Most disappointing. After quite a few telephone calls to both yourselves and Bosch, Martin from your staff has arranged a replacement. He was most helpful and an asset to your company. Had the Dremel been examined when first received from Bosch this batch could have been returned and I would not have been inconvenienced. Apart from Martin not impressed”

“Just got into wood carving and bought a Dremel 4000 with in days I purchased a Dremel Fortiflex from Wadkins tools it came the next day. Good quality well made and the foot control is brilliant you feel totally in control I will buy more tools from this company the speed of the delivery was excellent.”

“Hi, love the tool but the 3 pin plug on the flex to 2 pin adapter needed to allow the foot pedal control can't be opened The screw locking the 3 pin plug closed - is stripped of its key slot and can't be unscrewed So I'm using the manual on off switch - I can cope but this is dissapointing”
