“I had looked forward to receiving this item, because it looks good on the model who is photographed wearing it, and in principle I think combining leggings with a short skirt for some privacy is a great idea. Unfortunately when I tried it on it would not stay in place at the waist. Because the gathered skirt is not only short but very elasticated vertically, it kept dragging the waistband down. The waistband itself was wider fitting than advertised, so the result was a garment that I could not wear, and I have had to return it at my own cost. I am still awaiting confirmation from TLC Sport that the cost of the item itself will be refunded to me, so quite a disappointing experience really. At least the other items I purchased were (for the most part) great, and TLC are definitely a company that I would recommend. I think a little more consistency is needed is all. Please give me my refund.”
