You sent me two completely different pairs one of which I can’t get up my legs with a fleecey inside and the other aren’t remotely opaque and seem extremely poor quality . I’m so annoyed and disappointed as I’ve only bought your leggings since my pregnancy as usually they are so comfortable and reliable but being they are expensive they are a luxury item for me. I feel like you just sent me any old stock you had in the warehouse and even with the discount they were still £70. I won’t return as a customer I feel like if I was paying full price for the items this mistake would not have happened.”

We absolutely would never send you incorrect stock because you bought from us in the sale, our customers are our customers and we treat you all with respect and care, no matter how much you paid for your order. We would never falsely advertise or deliberately send customers the wrong item, and we are just so sorry that you didn't get what you ordered. Mistakes happen, and we can only hold our hands up and apologise for that.
