You placed your order at 9.47pm on the Thursday day before Good Friday which is Bank Holiday, as was Easter Monday. The order left us on Tuesday on a Next Delivery service. Given the issues you had, we would have been happy to refund the Next Day Postage costs had you have given us the chance to rectify this. We're very disappointed you've not had the opportunity to try on our leggings but should you wish to give us another go, we'll definitely ensure you ar offered a free Next Day Service.
