“I had to send them back as they were not the correct size. I have always ordered short length from you. This time the leggings not only were they too small but way too long. I phoned and spoke to a lady so they would know I was exchanging them for the next size up. This was over a month ago and despite phoning several times only to hear a recorded message and sending emails I have had no response what's so ever. Nor have I received an exchange. I would just like to receive my leggings. Very disappointed in your service. Up until now I have always been a very satisfied customer”
“Rubbish customer service. I have sent three emails asking where my refund of £21.35 is. It is over a week ago I was told my return had been received & a refund made. To-date no refund has been received. Also you say I will get refund of £17.85 why not the full amount I paid.”
