“I initially bought these Leggings as was have Sciatic pain, which ran down to my ankles! Apparently (Physio) I have weak core muscles, exercises are best of course! But my thinking was to at least hold my tummy in to support my core muscles and hold them firm! Voila Sciatic pain felt eased!
