“I ordered a pair of super high waist maximum compression leggings to help with POTS and they did help with my symptoms when standing or walking. However the waist band does roll down a bit if you sit down or bend forwards and that can get uncomfortable if you can’t readjust it, but that might be typical of that kind of waist height.
The leggings themselves are very well made and the material is wonderful. Breathable fabric but definitely opaque and soft on skin.”
