They do the job without any weird bumps and the placement of the control is spot on. I'm 5"8 and the 34 length is perfect. I'm a size 14, sometimes 16 and the L is great; tight without being uncomfortable.”

“LOVE! I initially got these in a Large/Long 34", but after trying them on I returned them for a Medium/Long 34". I am 5'8 and definitely didn't NEED the longer length as I have them folded a good inch at the bottom, but it feels great to have the opportunity to drag the leggings down to cover up when my ankles are extra swollen.
I have big thighs and hips, but I got a smaller waist. My waist is ~size 12/30", but thighs and hips are normally a stretchy size 14 or a non stretchy 16. Large was definitely too loose, offering no compression anywhere and felt like any pair of leggings. Medium fit me great, a little work to put them on as they are compression tights, but nowhere near as much work as for example Skims shapewear. Compression panel around the tummy is sitting great, smoothing me out and I feel like it's doing some work for my posture too. I would say these are high waist, love that they stop at the belly button and give me such a nice shape.
Material is super stretchy and comfy, just wish outer material was more smooth/silky, as they do pick up small pieces of lint/hair. I use a lint roller before I go out and then they'll look great all the time when I am out. These remind me of a pair of leggings I had from Maidenform (Far Free Dressing), but much better quality as these aren't see-through and a more stretchy and solid fabric. A luxury version if you will.
