Just to clarify, exchanges with us are free, although there may be an additional payment if the replacement is a higher-priced item.
Your previous order from 2024 was for our Extra Strong Compression range, which may explain the difference you noticed. You can check the fabric label to identify the compression strength: 85% Viscose / 15% Elastane is Extra Strong, while 93% Viscose / 7% Elastane is Lightweight Strong.
It also looks like you used our old returns portal while we were transitioning to our new system, so we’d love to offer you free postage on your next order as a gesture of goodwill.
