“This was difficult to rate as it really depends what you're buying them for as to whether they're good or not. They're certainly the most comfortable compression shorts I own. The fabric is lovely and soft, they're double lined and really easy to put on. They also don't give you a bulge where the fabric ends at your thighs. All great features. If I wanted them for slimming and smoothing they'd be perfect, however I want them for POTS, and even getting the Extra Strong Compression shorts, and sizing down, they don't create enough compression to be as helpful as I need for POTS. I wear them with a pair of also not quite strong enough compression leggings over the top to get the effect I actually need, which has been fine since the weather turned cooler, but wouldn't have been suitable during the heatwave, which is actually what I wanted them for. I go to Thailand in February and these were purchased for then. I'm wondering if I can exchange for a size down, and will update my review if I can once I know for certain. I'm a 10 - 12 though and usually wear a medium, and bought a small of these, as per the size chart, so having to buy extra small in order to get the right sizing seems like an issue that needs resolving at the company, as I'd never buy an XS in the first instance expecting it to fit me”
“Good quality. Not as much compression as I was expecting but I have slim legs and hips. Top band comes up nice and high but doesn’t stay in place. I have a small rib cage so maybe they just aren’t quite the right style for me. They feel nice and snug around my waist so I don’t want to size down. Would recommend if you are an hour glass shape.”
“Got these mostly for wearing under clothes to help deal with POTS symptoms and I really like them. They take a little bit of effort to get on and I worried they were a little snug the first time I tried them on, but since then I've found them really comfortable and wear them all the time - I need to get another pair for when these are in the wash! My only slight gripe is that the very top has a tendancy to curl down a little bit over itself where it hits my ribs, but it's not a big issue.”
“Size down! I have the classic / original high waited leggings and brought a few pairs, I also brought the cropped leggings. The fabric on this is different more stretch less hold. I normally buy size M, had to return as did nothing, just like a expensive pair is cycle shorts. Brought a size down size S. fits a bit better in this fabric. If in doubt get two sizes and return one, save on time and postage!”
“NOT extra strong compression shorts. Just a normal pair of shorts. Don't waste your money. If you want real compression shorts/leggings that control or suck you in get MEDICAL COMPRESSION shorts/leggings. Wouldn't buy again.”
