These are our medium compression leggings, which by comparison to our Strong & Extra Strong Compression Ranges don't offer anywhere near the same support. It sounds as though you would benefit from our Extra Strong Compression range. We would be more than happy to exchange these for you and advise you as to which leggings would best suit your needs if you would like to give us another chance? Thank you so much for taking the time to review our leggings. We are so sorry for your experience and understand how disappointing it must have been for you.
These leggings aren't part of our trademark Extra Strong Compression range which many customers our used to, so although slightly lighterweight in fabric, they have been designed for the gym and we assure you they are not cheap knock offs, but a more fabric appropriate options for the high-intensity training. We will adjust our product titles and descriptions to make this clear to avoid anything like this happening again.
It may be that another style, or fabric would have been more suited to your needs, and we have tried to contact you make this right but we haven't yet received a response. Pease could you give us a call at your convenience on 01604 811 111 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) so we can find out a little more about what went wrong as we aren't totally sure what the issue is.
