“Have ezcema. So took courage to try hair dye, but read on reviews someone chemical sensitivity and it was okay I use semi permanent hair dye covers well understand only covers 80% of greys and I take levothroxine find after a few washes side bits show grey but I have no reaction with this product makes my scalp feel better”

Our Customer Support Team are always happy to help. With regards to your colour fading, do you use our care range? Our shampoos, conditioners and treatments are gentle on coloured hair and keep colour longer-lasting. Most other shampoos and conditioners contain harsh ingredients (e.g. SLS and salt) that actually strip colour out of hair. We would advise against using shampoos and conditioners that contain these harsh checmicals to maintain your colour for longer. A weekly treatment will also help keep your colour for longer and keep your hair in healthy condition. “I found the product quick and easy to use and it dyed my greys and blended them well into my hair. This gave me a really natural colour and I was not allergic like I am to other hair dye brands. It 's also great to know it has not been tested on animals and is a UK brand.”

“I love the colour but it washes out to quick give it 2-3 weeks and my grey is back”

Our colours are specially formulated to be as gentle, natural and organic as possible with synthetic ingredients only used when there is no natural alternative. Due to this gentler approach, a little more time is needed when preparing the hair for colouring however this does ensure the best results possible. If you are noticing that your colour is fading quicker than usual then this could have something to do with the shampoos and conditioners that you are using. We always recommend that you use our care range when using our colours as they are specially formulated to work together to ensure that your colour stays gorgeous for longer. Our shampoos and conditioners do not contain any harsh chemicals such as salt, as these harsh chemicals actually strip your hair of colour. Instead our care range contains naturally derived ingredients to leave hair conditioned, healthy with colour locked in for longer.
