“I have my hair cut and coloured professionally at a salon every 3 to 4 months but every month I have to touch up the roots myself and I do this by mixing two shades of Tints of Nature, 5N and 6N, to get exactly the right shade. I am 74 years old with very long hair and have been using Tints of Nature for many years now and always get compliments on the condition of my hair.”

“I’ve always used henna to dye my hair but I wanted something without reddish tones so I decided to try Tints of Nature. I was hesitant to try it because I wasnt too sure it would cover the greys and I am so happy to say it did. My hair is so soft and no grey hairs in sight. I will definitely order again.”

“I've been using this hair dye for many years now and I love it. The only downside is that there is not enough conditioner, my hair is medium length and I find it's not enough”

“The colour is lovely but the reason why I’m giving 3 is it was delivered to another address I needed it but I had to get other people to try and find out where it was delivered they got in number 5 in next park the man didn’t even know us he had in car to send back I know tints of nature tried to find out for me from DHl where they left it but I had to wait until they got back to me with word I didn’t get it to that evening and had to get other people to enquire if was left in next park i let tints of nature know I got no apology from DHL it was very frustrating as I needed it for that day I don’t how they delivered to 5 Dunreavy park as I’m 5 ORahilly park so there is a difference in both addresses the driver should have looked at address properly and I should have got apologie for having to look for parcel I always get my colours of tints of nature but I’m nearly afraid to send for them now incase same thing happens I wouldn’t want my parcel delivered to someone else’s address I was putting everyone ou that day but we didn’t get it to evenings I think I should have got apologie from driver as I have been a good customer to tints of nature”

Our Customer Care Team reached out to DHL on your behalf to try and resolve the miscommunication with your delivery when you let us know that you had not received your delivery. We can only apologise on behalf of DHL and hope that when you come to place an order in the future this does not happen but we are always happy to help!
