“Falke is a quality hosiery company. You do pay more, but you get excellent quality. The Pure Matt 50 tights have a very nice amount of stretch to them, which is surprising given they have 8% elastane. Generally you don't want to go higher than 10%, as elastane is a weaker fiber than nylon. When you see pilling on tights, that's usually caused by the elastane fibers breaking. High elastane means the tights will fit beautifully but not last long. Pure Matt 50 stretches very nicely. In fact, I loathe the back panel that comes in size XL, so I took a chance on size L. They fit nicely! Another nice touch is the toe seam is done in a satin-finish kind of yarn and looks very nice, tasteful. The waist band is pretty wide and forgiving. VERY comfortable tights! NOTE: Falke made an error on their size chart. I contacted them and they plan to fix it in the next production release.”
