“I never received the tie. I am very very disappointed. When I track it there is no tracking update since April. Where is my purchase?”

Hi Fiona Thank you for your order and review. We are sorry to hear the tie isn't with you yet. It was posted out in good faith, on schedule and should be with you by now. We can see from the tracking that Royal Mail do have it in their system still. As such, we will be in touch with them to find out what is happening. We will email you privately to confirm our findings and ensure the tie is with you as soon as possible. Regards Andrew Bragg Ties Planet

“I like the tie very much but it does tend to crease up when tieing the knot and stay creased after having taken it off.”
