“The flags on the two wings are going up and down instead of across as shown in your picture. Very disappointed.”

To the best of our knowledge the bow ties are always produced with the flag showing horizontally, so we are sorry to hear you have received one with the flag going vertically. If you would like to exchange it, do please email us and we will be happy to replace for a bow tie with the horizontal flags.
