Hi Christiaan We are sorry that this item arriving later than anticipated. We used Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, which is generally a very reliable service. Unfortunately it appears that there were some issues in the days in the run-up to Christmas when there were exceptional numbers of items being posted.
