“I bought this as a school tie for my son as Royal blue ties are hard to find without a school logo. Transaction was easy and quick delivery. As it’s a silk look I think it’s too shiny for a school tie, probably better for a formal occasion.”

Dear Steven Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to read that you thought this tie was a men's tie. The Plain Royal Blue Boys Tie is a children's tie. As such the length of the tie is 114cm rather than the usual 145cm-150cm of a men's tie. We do aim to make it as clear as possible that the tie is a boys tie by calling it 'boys tie' in the title and also giving a full product description detailing the length of the tie and the ages it will be suitable for.
