“I ordered 1 gold ties for an upcoming event, and it seemed fine, so I ordered 7 more for my total need of 8. I realized when the 7 arrived, I had a different 1st one, and preferred to 7. I ordered one extra, and was told no problem with the first, they will credit me back to amount. This was smoothly dealt with by Andrew an the level of customer service was brilliant. I will recommend them always, thank you.”
