“The tie itself is good quality and well made, although unfortunately the colour was far lighter than expected. That said, on contacting Tie Planet and explaining the situation, they were absolutely superb and sent out colour swatches of their available colours and once I had selected a more closely matching colour they sent out a replacement order in the revised colour very quickly, and even included a return pack for me to send back the original delivery. Superb customer service, not normally found online, but these guys are good! Andrew from Ties Planet, Thank You very much!”

“I ordered 8 of these for my grandmothers funeral as this was her favourite colour. As the funeral got closer the ties hadn’t arrived yet so I sent an email as I was getting a bit anxious for their arrival. no more than an hour later I had a response from a man named Andrew who apologised and offered to send an immediate replacement package. He was so quick to respond and incredibly helpful, the replacement package was here within 24 hours. Andrew was really lovely also. Not only was the customer service absolutely gleaming but the ties were a beautiful colour, really high quality material and overall bloody gorgeous! I’m sure my granny would have loved them. Hopefully we will get another use out of them in the future. We will definitely be using this company for any future tie orders from now on as it has been a pleasure from start to finish. I cannot recommend this company enough!”
