Hi Annmarie Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry to hear your order did not arrive in time for the event it was required for. We posted out promptly using the Royal Mail 24 service. This does attempt to deliver next day and it is rare that anything takes more than two days for delivery. We are sorry if this wasn't the case, but we have no way of guaranteeing it with the standard service. We have checked our emails and did reply to you. We always reply to emails received by customers so not sure if it landed in your junk folder or was not delivered for some reason, but can assure you we replied.
