“I ordered next day delivery and still haven’t received the tie which was for my sons signing for his new club! Very disappointed. That was two weeks ago!”

Dear sir/madam Thank you for your order with us and for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear you have not received the tie ordered. It was posted out on schedule using Royal Mail Special Delivery to be delivered next day by 1pm. Having tracked the parcel, a delivery attempt was made at 11.47am but there was no answer at the door. A card should have been left giving information on how to have redelivered/where to collect from. If you can please email us to discuss this further it would be much appreciated. We always post out orders promptly and can assure you had we been informed the delivery had not been made safely, we would have done everything possible to help.
