Hi Nicholas Thank you very much for your order and for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear the bow tie does not fit. The neckband should fit 14.5" to 21.5" neck sizes as listed on our product description. If it doesn't then do please let us know as we can send a replacement out to you. If your neck size is above 21.5" then unfortunately these bow ties do only fit to that size. Kind regards Andrew Bragg Ties Planet
