“The colour is perfect for my husbands suit and the quality of the tie is good. Im not happy about the quality of the needlework. Some of the stitches have came out I would have sent it back if I didn't need it urgently so I have opted to try and stitch it myself”

Hi Heather Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased to hear you are happy with the colour and the quality of the tie. We appreciate your feedback on the stitching but would advise caution on any additional stitching to the tie. The tie has a hand sewn slip stitch that runs through the tie, which is a bit looser and allows the tie to move. This ensures that it doesn't rip or tear when it’s being wrapped around the neck, and allows the tie to return to its original shape after it has been untied. As the satin material is a bit more slippy than other fabrics, the stitches on the back do tend to be more visible. Kind regards Andrew Bragg Ties Planet

“I was after a plain brown tie and was very kindly - and promptly - sent swatches with various shades of brown material which could be provided; communication was excellent. One of these colours was suitable and pricing reasonable so I placed an order and received the well packaged tie - again very promptly. I really can't think of any instance where I've had service approaching this level, never mind bettering it from any company I've had dealings with in the past. Absolutely outstanding and recommended without hesitation.”

“Colour was perfect, quality was not so great. The tie had wear marks on a diagonal patch across the breadth of the larger part which showed distinct blemishes”
