“Customer service second to none. Absolute pleasure to purchase from this company. After choosing the pins the online portal would not allow a completed purchase. On telephoning, the gentleman I spoke with explained this was due to there being insufficient stock. I explained why I required the quantity I was attempting to purchase. He promised to see if he could solve the problem and would call me back with an answer. True to his word he did, he had managed to acquire the remainder quantity. The pins arrived in the time agreed, very fast indeed. The pins are of a superb quality, and value for money. I would fully recommend this pin for steam enthusiasts. I also recommend Ties Planet for excellent range of pins and customer satisfaction.”
