“The product arrived with a defect in the stitching between the cuff and the sleeve. I made a swift complaint and was offered a replacement or a refund after a week of waiting for a reply, but I had extra questions as I had purchased using Clearpay. No reply has been sent to my further questions, yet payments are still being taken though I’m left with a defective product. The short itself is comfy and will be perfect for the summer. It looks good, fits well and would be 5 stars without the hole in the sleeve and the poor customer service.”
