“I originally ordered the EU Size but that was a mistake…they were too big! After a few emails back and forth I was able to send my boots back and exchange them for the correct US Size! I would highly recommend that anyone who purchases shoes/boots order their US Size! (If that is what they normally wear) My new boots fit PERFECTLY and I will order more from Thomas Bird! Very high quality and fantastic customer service!”
