“Very happy to leave a review for Thomas Bird and for these boots. I've tried variations on this style from several other bootmakers and none had the subtle cut and shape of these. A great mix of new and classic. They crease beautifully, too, I notice.”

“Lavish boots!! I finally picked them up from UPS. They look super fantastic and hectic and they feel so good. I went for a walk with them on for about 4 km in the CBD and super confi. They fit like a glove. They will look so well with my brand new black double breasted suit. A bit big but I didn't bother to send them back for exchange from Perth Australia where I live. Ahh one lie only from TB. They are 18cm.. not 22cm as stated on TB website. Also, here in Perth Australia (the middle of nowhere ha) no one knows about TB at all but people are fascinated already with my brand new sexy boots. “1: These boots are beautiful. 2: With higher shaft, it is a little more difficult to put the boots on. Always use a shoe horn. 3: Once on, the boots are exceedingly comfortable, with no need for break in. They fit exactly right, not too tight or too loose. 4: Even with the extra heel height, the shoes are very easy to move about, with no problem getting used to the 4 cm. heel.”

“The boots are VERY comfortable straight out of the box but I was expecting it to be shinnier. The boot looks somewhat dull but that maybe because I am used to buying YSL boots and they tend to have stiff, crisp shine when new and I wanted a replacement for my SLP chelsea that I already have. However, I can say that for the price and comfort of these, I am ready to sacrifice the crispy shininess I expected. I have 6 different pairs of similar styled boots from YSL and by far these tblon are the most comfortable, I could go to sleep wearing these. Reducing a star because not totally what I was expecting but close.”
