“As mentioned above, I am absolutely impressed by the quality, the look of the shoes, as well as the presentation and packaging of your shoes. It is first class. And I deperately want them to fit me correctly, as they are so sharp. However, this size seems to large, as my heal in both shoes, easily, slides up as I walk, so I took them off and am wondering what you advise? Should I go down a half size so that they fit tighter and my heal doesn't slide up and almost out of the shoe. What is your coaching on this? “I ordered the Hampton Penny Loafer Chestnut in a size US 10, my true size. I’m all about details and quality and these shoes exceeded my expectations! Unfortunately, the shoes were slightly big and I had to exchange them for a size 9 US. I was hesitant at first because I thought the shoes would be too small because my normal size is Men US 10. I’m glad I did because they fit perfectly. I was also surprised of the fast shipping. The shoes arrived within 3-4 business days! Excellent customer service! I will be ordering more shoes from Thomas Bird!”

“Very pleased with this purchase! The leather is high quality and overall well crafted. The blake stitched sole with a non-slip rubber insert is a nice touch. The fit is spot-on; however, it will take a few outings to break in the calf leather. Excellent buy for the money.”
