“Could not be happier. Quality: the shoes are well constructed. For a wholecut, the quality of the leather is of utmost importance, and the shoes I received were flawless. Colour and shape: the color and shape are true to the advertising pictures. I chose the Camden because I preferred their shape to the larger almond-shaped Benson. I'm very happy with my choice. Prior to ordering, I noted that the Harrow Oxford Brown look quite a bit darker than the Camdens, and wasn't sure if this was real or the photography lighting. The Thomas Bird team very helpfully sent photos for comparison, confirming the colours are different and true to the ads. The Thomas Bird Team also suggested the Camden Wholecut Oxford Browns were similar in colour to the Benson Wholecut Oxfords in Tan colour. Fit: my feet measure 28cm in length, and I have a modest instep. I went with a 43, matching the sizing chart, and they fit perfectly with the Thomas Bird leather insoles. If you have any doubts, the staff are very helpful on the phone. Ordering: I received the shoes to my home in Canada within 2 business days from the time of ordering.”

Dear Customer, We are so pleased to hear how happy you are with your shoe selection. It is always hard when producing images for the website to show all the variations in colour and although we do everything in house we also try and show pictures outside in real light too so that our customers get as close a colour match to what they require. We are always happy to send over pictures with different shoe styles and shades and also help with sizing for our customers prior to a purchase as we know how hard it can be to make a decision without being able to see and touch the shoes.
