“I was waiting for some time to purchase this shoe as I really love the chestnut color. I finally purchased it during the summer sale but the shoe I received had some minor imperfections on the heel. When I reported it to customer service, they addressed the issue right away and also provided some additional information regarding the quality process. Overall, I'm satisfied with this shoe but couldn't give 5 stars given the minor imperfections which is rare and the first time I have experienced this.”
