“The shoes are nice in the photo. After opening, the disappointment is that they do not look as real as in the photos. Very narrow and uncomfortable for me. I ordered half a size larger, size 11, but they were too narrow”

Thank you for the feedback. The Benson Oxford is a standard fit and is not suitable for wearers with a broad foot or a high instep. For that we would recommend a style like Brighton in Black. Please let us know if we can assist you with the exchange or return for refund.
