“I do not have a problem with The Wool Factory, but with the product. The Yarn Jenny came without a washer for the base of the stand. The stand keeps falling over and the yarn gets caught at the base of the ball. I have to manually release it each time I need more yarn. I will stick to my yarn bowl....easier and freer to use.”

“Wool Jeanie Is the best yarn holder I have ever used. I have purchased other ones, and they are not as good as The Wool Jeanie. I love it so much that I purchased 2 of them, because I like working on 2 different projects. Thanks so much forever who invented this yarn holder??”

“Best bit of kit I’ve purchased, and trust me, I’m a bit of a techie, so I have quite a few “aids” to my knitting and crocheting obsession! It works beautifully! Both with wool from my wool winder (told you I was a techie) or from yarn as purchased. Thank you! Big ???? From me!”
