“This is the second time I've ordered this yarn from the wool factory. Brilliant yarn, works up very easily, and some lovely colourways for every member of the family. Service by the wool factory people was fast and efficient, minimalist packaging (which I love), but sufficient for everything to arrive fast and in excellent condition. Well done! Will order again when preparing for Christmas.”

“Thank you ordered my wool Friday and I received it Monday morning great service. Wool is lovely I am well pleased. I WILL BE BACK. Very helpful I forgot to ordered some other wool no problem emailed them before parcel was sent and they added it to my order. Recommend you to my friends and family definitely.”
