“Having purchased this as a gift for an aunt to help during the Covid19 lockdown, she was disappointed that the cross stitch chart was so incredibly faint that she could not read it, even with a magnifying glass. A professional photocopier was unable to enlarge it with any improvement in clarity and so I contacted DMK directly, via their French website to ask if they could send a clearer copy. The reply was, frankly, rude. Three words, “Hello. No sorry.” We are, therefore, left with an unusable kit.... and a very poor impression of DMK’s after sales service.l”
