Hi Gareth, we do say 1 in 20 but it can be 1 in 40 sometimes and it can also be more. I had a punnet last week and had 3 hot ones. It is a roulette! We would be happy to resolve this for you though, please do get in touch with our customer service team at hello@iowtomatoes.co.uk
