“So right at the outset I have to say that my last hat was an A,umbra, it cost nearly $300. Times have changed, and that expenditure is a bit out of our range now. The old Akubra split in the middle/top - it’s done several laps of Australia - it was part of the family. We thought all was lost - until we happened across the Stable Door and this lovely hat! Must admit, the photo doesn’t do it justice, it is soft, yet well structured, fits so, so well and is a little malleable - and it’s crushable! Just love the new hat, the Akubra is now in the museum and we can’t recommend this besutiful hat more highly. The staff at SD, just amazing. Thankyou”
