“Warm and waterproof is a rare combo, but these tick both boxes. We live in North East Victoria where winters are really cold, and our dogs are now warm and dry in these jackets. We have three dogs that are all different shapes and sizes ! My Foxie (5kg) got the 30cm which was perfect, the Jack Russell X border Collie got the 40cm (he is a strange size short legs long body weighs 10kg) and our Kelpie got the 55cm. We did have to size down as they’re quite generous in fit, but the service we received from Penelope made the whole process seamless. She was so helpful — it’s genuinely refreshing to experience such great customer service. We’d 100% shop here again just for that!”
