“I’ve been searching for decent non plastic, sustainable cleaning products. I’ve tried a couple which fell apart quickly. Step up Seep, absolutely amazing! I have the sponges and cloths, both are fantastic. The sponges are so much better than a normal scourer, they get off everything. “Really enjoying this! It actually absorbs soap (unlike the plastic green ‘sponges’ I used before) so I use less soap. Scrubs really well with the ‘loofa’ side- got off dried scrambled eggs, for instance. also, surprisingly has not discoloured yet after several weeks of use. Can imagine washing it in washing machine and reusing for quite a while, though cannot yet comment on longevity. I get a slightly smug satisfaction when using it, knowing I’m not killing the planet! Know it seems a bit much but having that idea in my head makes washing dishes slightly less bad. Highly recommend!”
“Ordered the sponges a couple of weeks ago, and I’m really pleased so far! They keep bubbles longer and seem to stay really clean too compared with our normal sponges. All this and I’m helping the environment as well!”
“Really happy with this pack of cleaning sponges. It’s great to have the loofah on the back of the compostable sponge, I’ve not found these before and it works well like a scouring sponge. The wipes are also really good quality. Very happy.”
“So far so good. Tested in the bathroom and kitchen. I am in a hard water area and the scourer wasn’t necessarily as efficient as the plastic ones. But with a little more elbow grease the limescale soon came off.
Very pleased with how well they wash and food stains from the kitchen were easily removed on a 40 degree wash.

“I am largely pleased with these sponges and clothes. However whilst the sponge works well the spongy bit started to come away from the loofah bit before a week was out. Apart from having to sew up a washing up sponge (!), all good.”

review. I'm sorry to hear about your sponge detaching. This should definitely not be happening. This was our first batch and some of the sponges had some below par stitching. We have checked them all but a few have slipped through. Our next batch has much stronger stitching, we are learning fast! I will send you a message to arrange for a replacement or credit.
