“The sponges seem just as effective, if not more so, than the foam / scourer type, and it washes out much better! It also doesn't hold on to yuk like the plastic ones. The cloths seem really good, I haven't tried washing one yet but I see no reason why it won't wash well. They're thick and absorbent, much better than I expected and very soft. They dry pretty quickly as well hanging up. I will be restocking once I've worn these out, which I think will take a while!”
“I really happy with these. I've tried other substituions before, both cloth and natural origin, and this is by far the best so far. I've only been using them for a couple of weeks, so don't know about life length -- this will help see if they are value for money or not. Regardless, I definetely don't regret my purchase!”

“Really like these sponges and cloths!
I've tried quite a few eco friendly sponges and they're either not very absorbent (and don't produce many suds) or just don't clean brilliantly! These are a great solution. The only thing lacking is that the scouring part and the sponge bit do come unstuck relatively easily (maybe we are just super scrubbers), which is not a big deal but somewhere to improve I guess! This could also be because conventional glue ins't very biodegradable - in which case I'd rather they are kept the way they are!
The cloths are great and are like any other cloth really! Actually probably more absorbent! I can see them lasting a long time too!”

It definitely shouldn't have happened and you must have received one of the faulty ones from our first batch. We are checking them all before sending but sometimes a dodgy one slips through the cracks. Our new batch has much stronger stitching and we've had no issues with them. “I’ll never buy plastic sponges again. The Seep sponges (with loofah scourer) are robust, high quality, effective and planet friendly. They are so, so much better than any sponge I’ve used before. You get more suds, a fantastic clean and they’re substantial to hold. The best part is that they go in the washing machine and come out good as new. Can’t recommend these highly enough.”
“I love the idea and the sponge is excellent. I do a lot of washing up as we don't have a dishwasher and I found the size of the sponge a little awkward, just a bit too long, but I am sure I will get used to it. The loofah bit started to come away from the sponge quite early on, but they are still connected! I don't find the loofah terribly effective, it seems softer than other loofahs I have used. But overall I think they are great and so much more sensible in terms of recycling than the synthetic sponges and I will continue touse them.”
