We have pretty good quality control for all of our products and check each batch that goes out of our factories, but unfortunately, some not-quite-right products do occasionally slip through. We track these product issues and work with our factories to improve them the next time. Often, they arise because we're using natural materials, which are more difficult to work with. “The cleaning pads are a great replacement for what we used before (plastic sponges with one rougher surface). And they last much longer! If they can't get rid of the hard burnt bits, a wooden spatula does the trick with less scratching.”
