“Unfortunately, I can only use it on my brow as it makes my eyes water uncontrollably which in turn makes them sore and even more puffy! Pity, as I had high hopes for this eye cream, given the reviews. I have never had sensitive eyes before.”

Hi Julie Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. It is greatly appreciated. I'm sorry that you have experienced a problem after using the DEJ eye cream. In some cases, the quantity of product applied may be too much and may cause eyewatering, especially if you are applying it directly under the lower lashes and close to the top ones; the product may seep into the lashes and enter the eyes. The application needs a small amount of product, not even a quarter of a pump's worth. It should be the size of a grain of rice, which may even be enough to cover both eyes. If it helps at all, once your eyes have settled, I would advise keeping the product away from the lashes (apply it under and over the eyes but not so close to the lashes) and see how it behaves. Of course, you may have an allergy to an ingredient within the product, which I can not determine at this time, but if I can assist you further, please do not hesitate to contact me.
